On three occasions I was trying to reach an individual in Treasury management. On two occasions, despite clearly introducing myself and stating my business (liquidity management consultancy) I was told to hold, then cut off one minute later. On the third occasion, a jumped-up junior told me that the bank doesn\'t accept \"cold calls\" and that if it was anything worth having, \"we\'d have found it already\". With such an attitude, is there any wonder or surprise at the public perception of banks living in their own little world, arrogant, aloof and entirely self-serving? Bank of Nova Scotia? more like Bank of No F***ing Manners. Steer clear....
