Very very slow to set up new accounts and I had difficulty getting sense out of phone operatives to ask what the hold-ups were. ID numbers did not arrive but almost impossible to chase this up without (guess what) --an ID number. Most of them were curt to the point of rudeness--except the unsolicited calls wanting me to take out insurance.These callers bombard you with information at breakneck speed in heavy regional accents and then when I phoned for more info I was interrupted and spoken to as if I was stupid.
