I have just spent 1 hour and 10 minutes standing in a queue that did not move for 30 of them. I cant help feeling that would only happen in Scotland. If I had any choice I would not have waited, it was ridiculous. The poor girls behind the counter must be stressed to the max. Where were management? Surely someone could have come out from the back???? If anyone else ran there business like that, it would last 2 weeks, tops. First visit and hopefully last. The girl who served me was lovely. That is the only positive thing, it was wasted though because it took so long. ...
