Having banked with Natwest for nearly 10 years now, I was very dissapointed at the attitude and un-helpfulness of the staff when I asked for assistance with my overdraft. They were rude, patronising and very unpleasant to deal with. I dont know if this is typical of all Natwest Branches or just Bognor Regis. I am pleased to say, I have now moved away from the area and my new local branch is absolutley fantastic....
